Focus Groups: Focus groups are a way to evaluate services, test new ideas or ascertain perspectives needed to inform planning and program refinement.

Stakeholder (Key Informant) Interviews: Stakeholder interviews are a way to gather information from community representatives or subject matter experts to systematically describe an environment and determine various perspectives on an issue or organizational strengths and weaknesses.
